Cool Cow was established in 2015 as a crazy idea to create youth employment, develop employable skills and teach youth about entrepreneurship through a fun and local business venture – an ice cream shop! 

 

Located in the rural lakeside town of Beaverton, Ontario, Cool Cow serves up locally famous (and delicious!) Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream. This youth-run business operates under the guidance of Brock Youth Centre (BYC).
