# Cool Cow
> Cool Cow is a youth-run ice cream shop established in 2015 in Beaverton, Ontario, that serves Kawartha Dairy Ice Cream. The venture aims to provide youth employment, develop skills, and teach entrepreneurship, with all proceeds supporting youth empowerment programs. Kawartha Dairy, a family-owned Canadian company since 1937, has a long history of dairy production and ice cream making, operating multiple retail stores and serving wholesale customers.
